		Jerry William Beaver, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (Principal) | contact Mr. Beaver was founder of Pacifica’s commercial real estate business. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO. He majored in architecture at Arizona State University and the University of Colorado, and entered the real estate business with the American Appraisal Company in 1958. Since 1960, he has been actively involved in the commercial brokerage business in Santa Barbara and has been the developer of a number of properties in the south coast area of Santa Barbara County.
		Russell Fraser, President and Chief Operating Officer (Principal) | contact Mr. Fraser serves as President and COO of Pacifica Real Estate Group. Prior to joining the organization in 1987, Mr. Fraser served as business manager for a private diversified holding company involved in real estate, oil and gas, timber, and operating companies. Prior to his involvement with the private holding company, he was associated with Laventhol and Horwath, an international accounting and consulting firm.
		Robert C. Gibbs, Senior Vice President-Investments (Principal) | contact Mr. Gibbs serves as the Senior Vice President of Investments. He has over 25 years of experience in all phases of commercial real estate, and has served in various executive capacities throughout his career. Prior to joining the company in 1998, he was president of South Coast Realty and Development, Inc., and before that was Senior Marketing Consultant/Vice President for Grubb and Ellis.
		Arlene M. Kostock, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President | contact Ms. Kostock has been associated with the company since 1974. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University.  In addition to her duties as Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Kostock also is responsible for investor relations for the company, coordinates risk management and is the human resources manager.  Ms. Kostock is a licensed real estate broker.
		Donna Young, Vice President-Director of Property Management | contact Ms. Young is responsible for Pacifica’s commercial portfolio of properties. She has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate; prior to joining the company she was Vice President of Property Management for a commercial real estate company in Orange County. She has also been involved with a firm that specialized in strip centers, and has experience in office leasing.  Ms. Young is a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of BOMA and IREM.
