One of the hallmarks of Pacifica’s success is our ability to minimize tenant rollover. We place great importance on maintaining excellent tenant relationships in all Pacifica managed properties, and in many cases we have been able to retain tenants well beyond their initial lease terms, minimizing the high cost of securing replacement tenants. We strive to hold move-outs to a minimum, but are also adept at managing the balance between retaining the current in-place income and making an additional investment in a new tenant.
