Acquisition Criteria

Pacifica is focused on acquiring investment properties that meet the following criteria:

• Product Type: Industrial and Multi-family.
• Location: Major Metropolitan markets in the United States
• Price Range: Properties with capitalization of $5.0 million to $40.0 million are preferred. Targets of opportunity with capitalization outside of the preferred range will be considered
• Risk Profile: The company focuses on core plus, value-add, and off-market opportunities.
