Throughout Ms. Young’s long professional career, she has accumulated extensive experience in the asset and property management of commercial real estate. Ms. Young is a long-time member of Pacifica and is responsible for the management of the company-sponsored and third party- owned properties. Her portfolio is geographically diversified throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois, and includes Class A industrial, medical-office, and suburban office properties. These properties include a diverse group of tenants from Fortune 500 companies to closely held private businesses. She is particularly adept at managing tenant relations, which is a key cornerstone of Pacifica’s management philosophy of minimizing tenant rollover.
